ListLatch Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of ListLatch (the “App”), published by Rocket City Defense Solutions LLC. They supplement, and do not replace, the company Terms of Service.
Licensed, not sold
Apps distributed through the App Store are licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless we tell you otherwise. Nothing here grants you ownership of the App.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App, and do not use it to break the law.
ListLatch Plus
ListLatch offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions and an optional Lifetime purchase. The exact price and currency are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. The free capture, OCR review, search, focus, park, and resume loop remains available without Plus.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Apple charges your Apple Account for renewal and lets you manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. The Lifetime purchase does not renew.
Apple processes purchases, restores, billing, and refunds. We do not receive your payment-card details. A no-charge Plus preview offered in TestFlight is for beta testing only; it is not a purchase, creates no ownership or subscription entitlement, and may end when beta testing ends.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. ListLatch is a tool, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing any document, list, listing, or output it produces before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket City Defense Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
